Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the website and consultancy services of Leading Jet Holdings Jet Limited ('the Firm', 'we', 'us' or 'our'). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms establish the legally binding relationship between you ('the Client', 'you') and the Firm. They apply to all visitors of this website and to all parties who engage our consultancy services.
These Terms should be read together with any written mandate, proposal, or engagement letter we issue. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed mandate, the signed mandate prevails.
Definitions
- —The Firm means Leading Jet Holdings Jet Limited, an independent private aviation consultancy.
- —The Client means any person, company, or trust that engages the Firm or uses this website.
- —The Aircraft means any aircraft in respect of which the Firm provides consultancy services.
- —The Services means the consultancy, oversight, coordination, and advisory services described on this website or in an agreed mandate.
Scope of Services
The Firm provides independent consultancy and advisory services in respect of private aviation, including financial oversight, maintenance coordination, strategic route planning, aircraft wellness, crew solutions, and in-flight medical support. The specific services to be provided will be set out in an agreed mandate. Information presented on this website is for general information only and does not constitute an offer, warranty, or professional commitment until confirmed in writing.
No Operational Control or Agency
The Firm acts solely as an independent consultant and adviser. The Firm does not operate aircraft, does not hold itself out as an air carrier, and does not exercise operational control over any flight. Operational control always remains with the licensed operator.
The Firm is not an agent of, and does not represent, any operator, manufacturer, broker, or vendor unless expressly appointed to do so in writing.
Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
Professional fees, retainer arrangements, and any reimbursable expenses will be set out in the applicable mandate or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. As an independent consultancy, the Firm does not accept undisclosed commissions, rebates, or incentives from third parties.
Client Obligations
You agree to:
- —Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and instructions.
- —Ensure that you are lawfully entitled to instruct the Firm in respect of the Aircraft.
- —Comply with all applicable laws, aviation regulations, and sanctions regimes.
- —Obtain any third-party consents necessary for the Firm to perform the Services.
Regulatory Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering
You agree to cooperate fully with the Firm's compliance procedures, including identity verification, source-of-funds checks, and sanctions screening. The Firm may decline, suspend, or terminate any engagement where it is unable, in its sole discretion, to satisfy its legal or regulatory obligations, or where proceeding would expose the Firm to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential all non-public information received from the other in connection with the Services, using it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, that is already lawfully held, or that is required to be disclosed by law or a competent authority. These obligations survive termination of the engagement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and design, is owned by or licensed to the Firm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any part of it without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-Party Services and Providers
The Firm may introduce or coordinate third-party services, including operators, maintenance facilities, crew, and insurers. Such parties act under their own terms and are neither employees nor agents of the Firm. While we exercise care in selecting partners, the Firm does not warrant the performance of any third party, and the Client's recourse in respect of third-party services rests with the relevant provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the professional fees actually paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of use, however arising.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The Firm does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Firm and its directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your failure to comply with applicable law.
Force Majeure
The Firm shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, airspace closures, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
Termination and Suspension
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable mandate. The Firm may suspend or terminate access to this website or any engagement immediately where you breach these Terms, where legally required, or where continued performance would be unlawful or detrimental to the Firm. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Firm is established. The parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter to submit any unresolved dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the website or the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
